In modern Greek, the plural ‘atoma’ refers to individuals, unique and singular persons who, together, can form a duo, a community, even humanity. This book was born out of a chance meeting between author Isabelle Guisan and photographer Pierre-Emmanuel Fehr. Together and individually, they set out to meet Greek youth in the early 2020s. In images and words, their book sheds a double light on the same generation of individuals, met in town, on islands or in exile. Large Network provided the graphic design, the editing and the layout for this beautiful work.
